The SAA records talks of regular evenings, all-day workshops and annual conferences. Until September 2004 these talks were taped and rendered into a digital format: since then most have been recorded digitally. Talks are available in standard Audio format, which can be played on PCs and CD players, or MP3 format, which can be played on PCs and newer DVD players. CDs are individually labelled in single or double CD cases.
